If you’re new to Online Banking, you may be surprised by how much of your banking can be done outside of a branch. Now is a perfect time to familiarize yourself with Online Banking and banking from home on your computer, tablet or smartphone.

The first step is setting up your Online Banking account, which requires you to complete a secure online form available on our website. Once you receive your confirmation email, follow the instructions in the email to log into your account for the first time.

It’s very important to create a strong, new password and never to share it with anyone. It’s also important to change your password often; we recommend changing it at least once every 90 days. To further help protect against fraud, avoid using public computers and public wifi networks like free hotspots. Keep your security software and operating systems up to date.

Once you log in to Online Banking, you can view your account balances and move money between your RSI Bank statement accounts. You can also schedule transfers to or from your other bank accounts and your accounts at RSI Bank.

Sign up for Bill Pay to schedule and pay your bills in Online Banking. With Bill Pay, you can pay businesses and other people. You can schedule one-time and automatic payments.

It’s possible to schedule RSI loan payments in Online Banking from your RSI Bank account or an external account. You have the option to schedule recurring payments as well as single payments.

Other useful services in Online Banking include the ability to stop payment on a check, order a new ATM/debit card, add new accounts to Online Banking, and receive Online Statements. Online Banking users can also dowload the RSI Bank Mobile Banking app to their tablet or smartphone. Mobile Banking may be used to deposit checks remotely. Learn more about Mobile Banking
