The health and welfare of our customers and staff is our top priority. As we keep a close eye on the recommendations and requirements of state, local, and federal governments, in addition to the Center for Disease Control, we have decided to make the following changes for your protection:

As of March 19th
Drive-thru, ATMs, and night drops will remain open; lobbies will close

Lobbies will be closed at all RSI Bank branches, while drive-thru, ATMs, and night deposits will remain open. One drive-thru lane at each office will be dedicated as a walk-up for customers without a vehicle.

Safe Deposit Boxes
If you have a safe deposit box at the Lake Avenue branch and you would like to access it, please call 732.587.1551 to schedule an appointment.

If your safe deposit box is at the Main Office and you would like to access it, please call 732.587.1507 to schedule an appointment.

New Accounts
RSI Bank offers online account opening for Go Digital! bank accounts through our website RSI.bank. To open all other accounts, please call 732.587.1507 to schedule an appointment.

Alternative Banking Options for Deposit & Mortgage Customers

24-Hour Telephone Banking - Call 1.877.RSI.1851

You will need the last four digits of the account holder’s social security number to use our Telephone Banking system to: balance your checkbook, make loan payments, obtain balances on deposit and loan accounts, transfer funds between most of your accounts, and initiate stop payments on checks.

RSI Bank 24-Hour ATMs

All RSI Bank ATMs are equipped to accept deposits and distribute cash. To order an ATM card or RSI Bank Visa® debit card, please call 732.388.1800.

Allpoint Surcharge-Free ATMs

RSI Bank debit cardholders have access to over 55,000 surcharge-free ATMs in the Allpoint Network; there are over 2,000 ATMs in New Jersey. Visit AllpointNetwork.com to find an ATM near you.

Night Deposit Boxes

All branches have a night deposit box (drop box) located near the entrance or ATM. Mortgage payments and cash or check deposits may be made using the drop box. For cash or check deposits, place the deposit in a sealed envelope with the account number and/or deposit ticket and the amount of the deposit. For mortgage payments, place the payment in a sealed envelope with the mortgage coupon or the account number.

Online Banking

Online Banking offers free remote access to your funds from a computer, tablet or smartphone. With Online Banking you can view account balances and recent history, initiate stop payment requests, move money between several of your RSI Bank accounts, pay bills, add bill payees, pay RSI Bank loans, and schedule one-time and recurring fund transfers between accounts at RSI Bank and other financial institutions.

Mobile Banking

Our free Mobile Banking app is available on App Store and Google Play. You must already be enrolled in Online Banking. Use Mobile Banking to deposit checks by taking a photo on your smartphone.
