Protecting yourself and others in times of widespread illness

RSI Bank is monitoring news related to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. The health and wellness of our customers and staff is very important to us. With that in mind, the Bank is taking precautionary steps in our branches. Some of these steps include increasing the availability and usage of hand sanitizers and disinfectants. You may notice employees using gloves when handling money and avoiding shaking hands. We are advising customers and employees to stay home and seek medical treatment if they feel ill or have household members who exhibit signs of sickness such as fever, cough, or difficulty breathing.

We also ask customers to consider these options to protect yourself and others from unnecessary exposure during times of widespread illness:

Take advantage of Online Banking and Mobile Banking.

Online Banking and Mobile Banking offer free remote access to your funds from a computer, tablet or smartphone. Our Mobile Banking app is available on App Store and Google Play. Enroll in Online Banking on our website.

With Online Banking and Mobile Banking you can:

  • View account balances and recent history 24/7

  • Initiate stop payment requests

  • Move money between several of your RSI Bank accounts

  • Pay bills

  • Add bill payees (Online Banking only)

  • Pay RSI Bank loans

  • Deposit checks by taking a photo on your smartphone (Mobile Banking only)

  • Schedule one-time and recurring fund transfers between accounts at RSI Bank and other financial institution (Online Banking only)

Enroll in direct deposit.

Direct deposit is often available from employers who issue paper checks to their employees. Download the direct deposit form from our website and provide it to your employer. Get cash from an RSI Bank ATM or Allpoint Surcharge-Free ATM.

All RSI Bank ATMs are equipped to accept deposits and distribute cash. RSI Bank debit cardholders also have access to over 55,000 surcharge-free ATMs in the Allpoint Network; there are over 2,000 Allpoint ATMs in New Jersey.

You will need the last four digits of the account holder’s social security number. With RSI Bank’s telephone banking system, you can:

  • Initiate stop payments on checks
