  1. Download the RSI Bank mobile app to your mobile device.
  2. Open the app and select “Sign Up”.
  3. Complete the online form. We’ll take care of the rest!

Click “Forgot Login?” on the app login page. Follow the instructions to be sent a temporary password.

If this is your first time using Touch ID, log into Mobile Banking using your username and password. Click Settings, then click Touch ID. Tap the slider to enable login with Touch ID. For future logins, click the thumbprint icon on the app login page to initiate Touch ID.

A first-time user will need to have the latest RSI Bank Mobile Banking app on their smartphone. If the mobile app does not show automatically on your watch, click on the RSI Bank app icon in My Watch and select Show App on Apple Watch. Lastly, log in to your RSI Bank Mobile Banking app, click More, Settings, Quick Balance, and turn on Apple Watch. You’re all set!
